I have a 09 f150 4.6 3v and have had it tuned for several months with the 1865 flashpaq on the 87 tune with no issues. This past week I decided to buy a AFE CAI but before I put it on I wanted to download the tune, I plugged my flashpaq in and saw that it needed updates, I let that go through then when I get to the online store the only intake options I have are for the 5.4 liter, but from searchs on here I see that there is tunes for CAI's with the 4.6 3v motors, could someone direct me in the right path to get this fixed.

Was the truck tuned to 87 when you updated?

Send me your tuners serial number and I will look into this one.

I got the tuner back for Christmas and updated it then, and tuned the truck to the mileage xs and found it got me horrible gas mileage and was pretty laggy to throttle response, I then changed it to the 87 tune back in feburary and have been running that tune since then. Ive never plugged my tuner back into the computer for a update till this past week, I did not remove or plug in the tuner to my truck since the update. The strang thing is when I start the tuner it says vin locked, but the superchips update program says active vin locks 0 my serial number is 0000000200169832 and firmware version is 02030e

This will take a few days.

The message you are seeing saying that no one has bought the unlock for the tuner, your tuner was new so this does not apply to you.
