I have been running my 05 duramax on the Mileage XS tune for about 3 months with really no complaints, but I have noticed a very & delay in the shifts. The other day I was planning to tow a very heavy trailer and bobcat, probably heavier than the truck is rated for, so I tuned the truck back to stock. At the end of the day when my truck was empty again I noticed how smooth it shifted stock. I tried to update it that night but it said it was up to date. I reloaded the mileage tune again and it still has the delayed shifts. Im really not too concerned, just wanted to see if this is the norm.

Thanks

Due to the fact that we do not tune the Allison transmission. The trucks trans computer will sense the extra power and adjust it accordingly. I would retune the truck and drive it very easy to train the trans computer for 40-50 miles. Then do what you want with it after that.
