I have the Suoerchips 2808 and I am trying to use it on a 2008 C5500 with a 6.6 duramax. The programmer will not read the stock configuration. When I try the display says "Verify thi Vhile Application ..." The only &H that is avaible is a reset &H. This only resets the programmer and restarts it. While this message is displayed there are faint beeping noise comming from the programmer, I have let it set in this mode for at lease 10 min. I have checked foir updates and the program I downloaded says that the programmer is up to date. Please advise.

I am sorry we do not have support for the 4500 and up size chassis trucks. Just the 3500, 2500 pickup trucks.
