Ecomony setting and towing

Can the ecomony setting be safely used while towing a 13,000 pound trailer?

Thanks for the come back.
That shows on the tuner when I changed the tune level this AM.

Question, it now smokes like an old tractor at wide open throttle, so is this ecomony tune similiar to the high performance tune?
