speedo keeps messing up

I changed tire size from 245/75/16 on my 2004 duramax to a 265/75/16 , my superchip is up to date , I am running in performance mode with option ,tire size 31'' ,and top speed increased, my problem is that after a week or so, my speedo goes out of tune or something , I reprogram it but it keeps doing the samething....please help :cry:

What is the year and model of the truck?

Tuning does not change, it is most likely a physical issue.
