transmission tune

Where can i get the transmission tune for my tuner 3865. and will this help with getting better performance? I tried logging on the the easy update program but it doesn't seem to be working. i had tried resetting my password but haven't received the new one in my email yet.

The transmission programs are not available for the 03 and older Trucks.
Their computer does not control the trans on these years.

Dang That stinks :oops: would have liked to have had an option like that for my truck. i really haven't felt much of a difference on my truck yet. have it set for performance now. i just updated it just now. and re-tuned it for the performance tune. going to see if that helps .
