Superchip settings, which one?

Can someone tell me which setting for the transmission pressure would be higher pressure. When it states "Superchip settings" or "stock +20" ?? I have it set for superchip settings but would like a harder shift.

The Sc setting is in the middle of the scale, 10 psi.


So you can max it if you want.
