Flashpaq 1805, I updated my tuner on Sunday 11-15-09, I noticed when I went to reprogam my 2003 6.0L that there is new option for XS mileage I believe, can you explain what that option means. Also would it pay me to look at a new programmer or keep what I already have?

Unless you are looking to get a 6.4L truck in the future then the tuner you have is fine.

This tune is will help out in gaining fuel mileage when not towing.
The trans will shift into the highest gear possible and lock the torque converter sooner to maximize mileage. When we tested the file we were able to get 10-15% better mileage over stock.
