mileage XS question

I have a Flashpaq 1805 for a 2001 diesel Ford Excursion. It has the mileage XS installed however my vehicle programming instructions do not mention the mileage xs program features. Can you tow using mileage XS? I currently tow 8000# using the tow safe program. If I stepped up to the tow perfomance would you expect to see an increase or decrease in mileage? Thanks.

Welcome to Superchip's Forums!!!
We do not recommend to tow on the MXS tune for best results.

I do not recommend to tow 8000 on the tow perf mode, due to the heat that can build in the turbo. You can only tow up to 6000lbs of TP.
