Ability to tune 2nd truck

I've got an 04 hemi, and recently picked up an 08 CTD. My dilemma is, I could upgrade the tuner for the 04 to take advantage of the hopefully upcoming trans options, or get a tuner for the CTD.

It would be really sweet to be able to buy one that would work on both vehicles without having to return one to stock before programming the other, even if the option cost a few bucks more.
